NRI Services

End-to-end remote purchase for non-resident buyers, from video site visits to registry by power of attorney.

What's included

How our nri services mandate works

  • Live video walkthroughs and recorded site-progress updates
  • FEMA, repatriation and TDS guidance with partner CAs
  • Power-of-attorney drafting and remote registry coordination
  • Post-possession leasing and property management

What you should expect from us

Every mandate starts with a discovery call rather than a site visit. We would rather spend thirty minutes understanding your constraints than three hours walking you through projects that were never going to fit.

From there you receive written work — a comparison sheet, a yield model or a diligence summary depending on the mandate. Nothing we recommend arrives as a verbal assurance, because the point of advisory is that you can interrogate the reasoning.

You will deal with one advisor throughout. The person who takes your first call handles your site visits, your negotiation, your paperwork and your possession. There are no handoffs to a closing team.

Fees and how we are paid

On primary and new-launch transactions our fee is paid by the developer, so our advisory costs you nothing on the buy side and does not inflate the price you pay. For resale mandates, leasing, property management and standalone diligence work a fee applies, and it is disclosed in writing before any engagement begins.

We do not accept referral commissions from lenders, so our home loan recommendations are not biased toward a particular bank.

The process

  1. 01

    Discovery call

We map your budget, intended use, commute, timeline and financing position before showing a single project.

  2. 02

    Curated shortlist

You receive a comparison sheet — not a brochure dump — covering carpet area, loading, total outgo and possession risk.

  3. 03

    Site visits

Accompanied visits across the shortlist on a single day, with tower and floor availability confirmed in advance.

  4. 04

    Due diligence

HARERA status, licence, title and builder-buyer agreement reviewed with our empanelled legal counsel.

  5. 05

    Negotiation & booking

We negotiate price, payment plan, floor-rise and charges, then handle the booking paperwork end to end.

  6. 06

    After possession

Registry, handover inspection, fit-out coordination and leasing support if the asset is an investment.
